Can i set up a time to see the property?

Since all of our properties are vacant land you are welcome to go out and view the properties anytime. Each property has a listing page with a google map included.

why are you selling the property?

We invest in vacant lots all around the United States. Most of these properties are acquired via county tax delinquent sales because the former owner failed to pay their real estate taxes on the property. Since we purchase the lots at a discount we are able to pass savings along to our buyers so you also get great deals!

how do i know if a property is still available?

We take properties off almost immediately once they sell so if you still see a property on the site showing available Is still available for your to reserve.

how do we close on the property?

Once we have a signed agreement and payment we will prepare the quit claim deed transferring ownership to you and get it filed with the county for recording.

Do you offer financing?

Yes! We offer financing on properties with a sales price of $2,000 or above. Generally we finance for 12 months put you can see the options for each property on the property listing page.

can i put a mobile home on the land?

We try to list the zoning on each property’s detail page. If we are aware of the county restrictions on mobile/manufactured housing we will note that in the description. We do not guarantee this information and all should be confirmed with the county prior to purchasing a property.

We try to make the process as simple as possible. Once you find a property and hit the "Reserve Property" button, we will prepare the agreement and send it to you via email to sign electronically.


After the agreement is signed we will send you an invoice where you can pay via Bank transfer. We also accept bank wires or certified money orders. We are unable to accept cash or PayPal.
