E-SIGN THE AGREEMENT

We try to make this as simple as possible. Once you find a property and hit the "Reserve Property" button, we will prepare and send you the agreement to sign electronically.

SUBMIT PAYMENT

After the agreement is signed we will send you an invoice where you can pay via Bank transfer. We will also accept bank wires or certified money orders. We are unable to accept cash or PayPal.

Can I set up a time to see the property?

Since all of our properties are vacant land you are welcome to go out and view the properties anytime. Each property listing page has a google map and also the properties coordinates.

why are you selling the properties?

We invest in vacant lots all around the United States. Most of these properties are acquired via county tax delinquent sales because the former owner failed to pay taxes on the property. Since we purchase the lots at a discount we are able to pass  savings on to our buyers so you also get great deals!

How do I know the property is still available?

We take properties off almost immediately after they sell so if it is still listed here it is still available.

HOW DO WE CLOSE ON THE PROPERTY?

Once we have a signed agreement and payment we will prepare the quit claim deed transferring ownership to you and get it filed with the county for recording.

Do you offer financing?

Sometimes! If a property is over $2,000 we will offer a 12 month financing option. The terms can be found on each properties detail page.

CAN I put a mobile home on the land?

We try to list the zoning on each property’s detail page. If we are aware of the county restrictions on mobile/manufactured homes we will note that in the description. If we do not have this information you should contact the county’s zoning department to see what restrictions they have.
